Author's Note~

In 2013, I wrote my first post on Friends, Learners and Leaders, with a goal of sharing ideas with students, parents and teachers. This I did regardless of my role in education. As you read previous posts, you will find solid information and good resources along with ideas and activities for kids.

I am retired now, yet I still have a passion for literacy and social emotional wellness. I hope to continue to share current, relevant thoughts and information to parents and professionals that will find its way to be helpful. 🫶
